Nobody in their sane mind will renew for more expensive price. Just quietly use until the next cheaper pricing plan or downgrade to cheaper plan.

Unifi portal has been crap after they "upgraded" it.

My account was active but somehow portal saying its suspended. Even CS dont even know what is wrong till open new report #

Does TV Box affect the change to SWU plan? cause i saw mine have the TV Box given to me at May 2022, and it stated 24 months contract.

If during contract, yes. But out of contract you can nego at Tmpoint.

Do you have any idea which TM Point offer the SWO 4.0?
I'm checking at Penang area, there is no one offer the SWO 4.0. sad.gif
