Writing this from Georgetown Penang. My Digi home fibre has lost all internet connection since 3 am this morning. The LOS light on the modem is red. I have reset a few times but still the same. I have submitted a report via the mydigi app.

This is because CelcomDigi had returned the "300-400" to MCMC as the condition for merger (Return 1 of the 3 spectrum stated)

Celcom had shutdown its B1 in my area, Digi remain 524 (450-600) in unmerged area, and CelcomDigi use 500 in merged area (400-600)

I notice its also 20 MHz instead of 15 prior. I wonder if that spectrum will get reassigned?

Basically, CelcomDigi will need to return
1. 2x10MHz of B1
2. 2x5MHz of B3
3. 2x20MHz of B7

after the merger, and return one of it within 2 years after the merger begin

CelcomDigi had decided to return the B1 first, so now we left wth 1 2x20MHz instead of 2 2x15MHz on B1

The B7 return will hurt CelcomDigi 4G experience the most,.they'll left with a 3250 2x20MHz if they continue the leasing agreement with Altel. Hopefully the government can consider leaving the B7 alone

is your fiber riding other isp like tm/allo/time? if yes, try ask your neighbor if the experience same issue. last time in cyberjaya, there is quite los fiber connection but its due to isp riding ( allo ) who has issue

Went to Cyberjaya, it seems roughly 65% of the sites had merged, and kinda surprised Celcom sites were kept a lot, maybe because Digi coverage is a lot poorer back there?

any idea how to mnp online? i choose edisi kuning and proceed, then it only allow me to select new number? must do it at digi store?

Mnp online , you need to wait the sim card to reach your place. Go Digi store , you mnp on the spot using your IC , and then grab the sim card foc n wait for your line to die then swap the sim card 😂

The advertisement shows:
- 100GB*
- 2x80GB**

Base quota = 80GB
you will get extra 20GB, if you signing a 12 months contract

You know why web shows base only 40GB?

should 40GB with no contract

and 100GB with 12 month contract...

celcomDigi start capping their 5G speed base on the plans?

Is this FUP also applicable to their latest plan? Does anyone know the FUP of this? I can't seem to find any info about how much the FUP cap is on their site for it.

If you open the Celcom Life Apps it shows 40GB base plan

In the internet add on there is another bonus quota of 40GB

Afaik..still not capped the speed yet....dont know for how long celcondigi will open the speed limit..

First time seeing CelcomDigi as the LTE carrier name when testing on SpeedTest. Usually it’ll either show Celcom or Digi. My phone network still show as Digi.
