Tested top up tng ewallet rm20 using the virtual debit card. Approval in the app and working seamlessly.

Able to get through the virtual card part but still error when submit the physical card, cannot get through the confirm your preferred name and address in submitting the physical card application

Send by courier and need someone to receive n sign? Because nobody at home during daytime if put home address.

Debit card with zero FX markup and waived ATM fee is good. Slowly but surely one more reason for me to leave StanChart

system load is manageable

it's the card vendor facing the massive bottleneck/backlog ... their machines can only produce limited qty per day

this has happened when TNG launched their Visa card ... it hit 40k+ Visa card orders on the 1st same day itself
