Imo, banks no matter digital or conventional must get ready their atm/debit to deliver once account is opened. After 2 months gx bank still cannot deliver an atm/debit card to account holder is a serious operational issue. That is 2 MONTHS not 2 weeks. That is not even having an option to request for it. How would they be allowed to operate without this basic tool for account holders?
