I join around 7am morning, got it as well

Got my RM8 just a few minutes ago. I joined the campaign on 28-JAN 9.59am.

Received the reward. Huat!

Got the RM8. Can transfer out to Boost for 3.3% now

campaign started 28.1.25 ended 14.2.25
deposit on 7.2.28 still got RM8

The RM3 offer higher % Vs the RM8.

if you utilize the 1 cents daily for 10 pockets + 1 main, total is already 1006.50. so there is no difference in amount needed to save.
Just that have to withdraw all the money first, then make deposit of 888 + 118.50.

You literally get RM8 for free.

Or another way to look at it is, RM8 returns for saving 888 is 10.5% pa rate for 1 month.

and not included the daily 1 cents in each pocket, which is effectively 4% on your RM1006.50 total..

Also, ignoring the 10 pockets in the first place, if deposited on 7/2 till 28/2, then it is "holding" for only 21 days... 21 days get RM8 return for RM888 is around 20% pa rate for 21 days..

If nobody bother then means 1) they are just bad at maths 2) too rich and/or lazy

im doing the 1 cent trick myself, but I can say that most of the people out there will not bother to download the app just to get rm8 and 10 cents daily...

Actually didn't need to hold. Just needed transfer it & obtain the badge.

For those going for the daily 1 cent x11, then we memang holding for eternity (till GX change its TNC/SOP) in the first place..

anyway speaking purely on the campaign, i didnt know that. You tried it and gotten the rm8 reward?
I was under the impression we needed to maintain that 888 MINIMUM balance till 28th, as stated in TNC. IIRC tnc said if go below 888 then wont be qualified for it already

Perhaps its the combination of the 2. Cuz I never held the 888 transferred in but yes I keep the former as you mentioned.

yes you can withdraw any amount after depositing the RM888, just that the total balance in account must never go below 888.

Example if already have 1k prior to campaign, then deposited 888 and got the badge, then withdraw 900. It would be fine cause the requirement of having minimum 888 balance in account till campaign ends is satisfied

Oh yes, I am saying more towards lowyat users especially those already following gx thread in the first place.. Not the general public, as they wont even know got such things to begin with..

But there are always other users here that help to point out the magic numbers to be "optimal".

So really all we have to do is just follow only.. For some still not worth the effort cause they are already rich, there's no problem with that as well. To each their own.
