yes, just received update on this, they have unblock my account with no further explanation.

you should ask them why they block in 1st place, they need to give explanation. how can simply block people's account with no reason ? even if its suspect something based on X transaction also can, but no explanation is not acceptable

my account is blocked too, still waiting for the details from them. Their livechat is very unhelpful. Gxbank can just block accounts as they like?

this is not "block accounts as they like"

they are bound by central bank's rules and T&Cs ...

they also need to perform sampling and/or thorough due diligence checking from time to time, from variety of criteria or reasons, etc etc

Especially if coming from GX bank .. which they got experience people from Singapore...

You are a customer not a shareholder, and hence your primary right is to not be lied to and to take your business elsewhere. You don't have a right to an unblocked account, any more than you have a right to a plate of nasi lemak at the mamak (they can just choose not to serve you).

I mean, for quite some time... You don't do anything... Suddenly got multiple transactions done... So it's triggered their system & blocked the account...

GX bank if you want cashback, rate is of course better than Wise.
