2. other that get new phone .....anyway to get update android12 ? my phone doesnt seems to have this update (Oppo) .... thank you

anyone have experience with fraud transaction in GX Bank? reported to CS immediately when notice a fraud transaction was charged, after 3 days follow back the case but CS told that they cannot cancel or reverse the transaction as it is still not posted and user can only raise dispute after transaction is posted, whereby user have to monitor him / herself the transaction daily until it it posted only able to raise dispute. is this how conventional bank works for fraud case too?

care to share what kind of fraud transaction you encountered in gx bank? first time hearing gxbank kena fraud transaction. Also did you subscribe to their cyber fraud protect package? If you did, i would expect them to reimburse you since that's what it's for...insurance against frauds.

That's why no push notifications for updates to not so latest OS 😁

Buy a new phone just for banking. Make sure min Android 14. I bought an el-cheapo used phone for this. Good for several years of usage. Brand is Nothing (1) 128GB. Brand new was RM 1599. Used below 700 bucks.

Hi all, got a question. Assuming I don't care about GX's bank full interest, as currently we are suppose to put 1006.50 exact amount to obtain the full interest, if any amount below or above that number, we automatically forfeit of getting the full interest.

Assuming that's the case, and I just continuously put my monthly savings into GX bank, which will definitely exceed the amount needed to get full interest rate, would this still be a better choice ( in terms of long term savings, other then ETF ) to put in GX bank, or in Rize ? Currently my monthly savings is in Rize.

didn't subscribe to whatsoever package since fraud protection is basic protection as per e-money licensing regulation. after 10+ days the transaction failed to posted.

yesterday try use gx to pay air asia ticket by select twd as currency for flight from taiwan to kl. After approve payment noting happen.

Then i try buy ticket from kl to taiwan using RM, payment went thought.

so question is gx no allow use foreign currency for online payment?

ask customer service, say no problem at their side

anyone facing same issue before?
