all payment cards are susceptible to unauthorized txn coming thru. it's a never ending battle.

if the gxcard is with you at all times, better to freeze it if not using and unfreeze if using it. yes tedious, but better safe than sorry/worry later to get $$ back from dispute, etc.
since your card already 'responded' by accepting unauthorized txn, that means your card number already 'flagged' to be 'valid'.

better to trigger a new card replacement.

I can understand ppl can charge yr card but as long u not approve the transaction no issue . But what I saw is ppl kena without them approve the transaction . To make things worse is since is cash mean chances of getting back the money is close to nill .

It's the card side. It's easy to criminal gang to try random 16 digit number and 3 digit security number and try it randomly.

Nothing to do with gxbank. As long as you are using visa or MasterCard, all will kena one day.

Once they brute force the number and successful get a combo, they continue using that card and drain as much money as possible. Usually is use to buy ads on Facebook.

for this, i put balance all to pocket money. when i to use, i transfer the amount to main. i know i can be hassle but at least it is extra layer security in can debit card and cvv are stolen

I kena on bigpay before.

I kena with my wise card and bigpay card before too. Froze both cards now.

Looks like I better reduce my gxbank main account balance to RM25 just to be safe.

it apply to any card including debit card. Best with freeze app
