Same here. Received Grab Unlimited Subscription reward for Feb and Mar. Apr is missing. Renewal was on 27/4, should be ample time for them to process.

So based on the latest T&C:
Now I notice that they've clearly added Airpay Malaysia as part of the exclusion of 1% cashback this time.

TongCN So for your case, using Maxis Pay platform to pay your maxis bill should be ok. But avoid using Shopee to pay any of your bills, cuz it seems that they're using Airpay Malaysia as their pay bill merchant.

Promo ended for new users. Old ones (subscribed before 15/4) shouldn't be affected. According to their TnC anyway.

April is my 6th month. I didn't get the cash back for GU. I contacted support and they say promo ended on 15th April. So everyone should not get cash back starting from 15th April regardless when you sign up.
