if you constantly need to transfer >50k on daily basis, then gxbank is not suitable for you and/or you are not their target segment (eg daily large outbound transfer, OTC services, etc)

That's why some smart people have multiple accounts open up... But under "nominees" name... ie. Spouse, children, parents, siblings (all these people if you can trust) 🙏

normally on hold due to:
a) 1st time transfer. cannot transfer large amount. must transfer like rm1 or rm10 few times. after that can transfer large amount
b) it at oversea, use local malaysia telco roaming. if use their simcard, then will trigger hold
encountered several times

Item b was the case, this morning did a transfer of Rm4k to a new account but in Msia, no problem it went through like tau Foo Fah
