Anyone get this error when launching their gx app?

Your phone can't be used for GXBank.

shouldnt be

payment via QR is less risk

fund transfer is higher risk, therefore need enhanced verification (and audit purposes)

subscribed GX Unlimited (6 months) on 29 Feb.

Only received 1st RM4.90 rebate on 29 March (after a month due to whatever issue and emails back and forth with support)

Did not receive 2nd RM4.90 rebate on 29 Apr. So wrote email to support again and have to wait another 14-28 days for investigation bla bla bla

Don't entertain my request to directly credit me 5 months of RM4.90 (RM24.50 in total) to avoid all these hassles

Super poor experience on this promo campaign， after 2 months only got RM4.90 ranting.gif

Same here. Received Grab Unlimited Subscription reward for Feb and Mar. Apr is missing. Renewal was on 27/4, should be ample time for them to process.

I didn’t receive for February (6.2) so I made a report to them. I finally received my February on 21.2. March no issue. April got the same issue again. Made another report and yet it’s still under investigation
