Technically, grab has not turned profitable right? So... whether it is really Malaysia loss is still early to say?

Of course, they could have hired more skill worker by having their HQ in malaysia instead of just employ grab riders/drivers, that maybe this is the real beneficial point... oh well... but grab itself may not prove to be profitable investment...? we wait and see?

their choice of words is a bit misleading

the example is not rounding, but more of truncating/cutoff to 2 decimal value; just like how maybank2card amex 5% cb is being calculated.


in short, gx pay less cb to us 

I was thinking, many were so happy with the 1% CB, that is we are paying with hard cash. Isn't it better off if you use any other CC to pay for it, where you can get up to 50 days credit. Instead of hard cash out from the GX card, it can be now in GX account for the next 49 days with 3% interest.

Recheck your app. Maybe you turn off online spending

Previously my purchase at AliExpress got rejected as well and my money stucks for one month, after one month baru refund.

Perhaps, gx bank cannot be use for purchase at AliExpress and Taobao.

No issue can use but taobao charge 2.5% like cc

Has anyone encountered issues making overseas transactions using GXbank? Tried making a purchase on Amazon Japan which has failed.

Somehow there is no option available for me to activate overseas transactions as per the screenshot below, when according to the FAQ there is one. I'm wondering if it is because my physical card is being delivered right now. But shouldn't that not matter as GXbank is being promoted as a digital bank?

Amazon sent an email essentially saying the charge was declined and to update my payment method.

When I called GX customer support, they mentioned there was no pending charge that came in at all 

does paying utilities such as using Maxis Pay Platform entitle the 1% cash back?
