complained more than 2 weeks d still didn't get my grab rebate ...

is the T&Cs for 5% interest on pockets available already?

still don't see it on the website hmm

email support with screenshot ... i subscribed on 28 Feb I only got my rebate for month 1 after almost 3 weeks ... zzzz

ppl who subbed before 15 Apr still gonna get it .. guess I need to chase diligently since mine had issues in the 1st place ...

maybe we overestimated number of ppl with 50k on hand

the interest earned for pocket is displayed wrongly / bugged

subscribed GX Unlimited (6 months) on 29 Feb.

Only received 1st RM4.90 rebate on 29 March (after a month due to whatever issue and emails back and forth with support)

Did not receive 2nd RM4.90 rebate on 29 Apr. So wrote email to support again and have to wait another 14-28 days for investigation bla bla bla

Don't entertain my request to directly credit me 5 months of RM4.90 (RM24.50 in total) to avoid all these hassles

Super poor experience on this promo campaign， after 2 months only got RM4.90

maybe need 1 year only can get all 6x RM4.90

each month need wait another month to investigate and credit

i subscribed 6 months directly on 29 Feb.

As of to-date i only managed to get 1x rebate on 29 March (after emailing support few times)

now have to wait support to resolve whatever problem it is again

I give up … i subbed to 6 months plan and only got 2 months cash rebate

i think for country like japan where vendor still wants cash, it's abit inconvenient to use GX debit card

the 1% cash rebate .. if spent 5k, it's only RM50 cash rebate

may be better to buy yen using Wise and withdraw from ATM there?

even last time I went tokyo oso many vendor only accept cash

tbh when I went Japan, i rarely visit konbini except to buy mineral water ..

i splurge on food there

eh so if my 3.18% just started for few days .. better to withdraw now from the bonus pocket (in case of cooling period) and redo for 4% then?

yup .. i wish they just increase the maximum limit of 1 bonus pocket to 50k instead of 25k each
