Hi, I'm a new Unifi 100Mbps (RM89) plan subscriber with activation date of 22/10/2023. I am still trying to understand how the billing works cuz I have already paid the RM100 advance payment after the activation and just yesterday it shows -RM107 somehow in the app and website. But now (today) the amount due is RM61.30. I'm confused as heck now. Can someone do the calculation for me? Thanks

any of you on the tm unifi 800mbps plan suddenly have the upload reduced from 200mbps to 100mbps?

this started happening to me today

my maxis 800mbps still has 200mbps upload

i assume your bill date is 12th November. So you'll see
• prorated from your activation 22nd October until 12th November, 21 days ~RM62.30(?)
• full rate for 13th November to 12th December RM89

(~RM62.30 + RM89) + 6% SST = ~RM151.30 + 6% SST =~ RM160.40

Minus advance payment RM100, so left around ~RM60.40.

Mine is SWU 300mbps free upgrade to 500mbps rm119, add-on ruby plus pack rm30

My upload can still hit above 200mbps. Unifi 800mbps plan.

weird free turbo upgrade 100-> 300 already
reset port a few times, speedtest still on 100mbps (wired connection cat5e)
maybe device cannot support?

Does this have TVB Anywhere?

looks like both of those support Gigabit speeds
Do check that the cable between the Huawei and the D-Link is CAT5e or higher (not CAT5)
Or try replacing it

Also do check that your pc's lan port is Gigabit and not 10/100

For accurate calculation you can call 100 and choose billing department. They will be able to tell you the exact amount and how they come to such rate.

I guess my Neighbor got 2+ ppl using 2Gbps for p2p, the WiFi speed drop heavy during night, so does the ICMP ping on LAN cable, sure p2p heavy like crazy, lol!!!

switch to swu 3.0 need account owner thumbprint unless you can do it via live chat
