Anyone manage to dgrade frm rm129 to rm89 for 100mbps ?

Yday heavy rain n my house blackout.
After power resume, my internet ok as usual.
Today noon just played spdtest n suddenly quite shock the spd now is 300mbps. Dont rcv any sms on upg.
Believe the new spd effective after router restart during blackout.
Current pkg now is rm129 100mbps aldy 23mths.
I plan to go to tm nxt mth once ctrct expired so can apply swu3.0 rm119 500mbps.
So livechat with agent today n they open a rpt for me to chg pkg to swu3.0 before ctrct end
Got rpt no n will see what their nxt action after this
