My contract with unifi now will be ended next month, in order to go for SWU 3.0, I need to visit TM point correct?

Actually the rm119 swu 3.0 might remain 300mbps after 1 year right? Any specific tnc say it permanent become 500mbps after that?

Hmm ok, sounds fair as well since my current package before upgrade is 159 for 300mbps+free 600mins call+deco m4, wonder what upgrade they will give me since my contract end this month

For those who want keep tv pack & free calls, may try to check the upgrade plan available first before switch to swu because I think swu package only good for those who don’t want the entertainment + free 600mins phone call, otherwise it seems like just same price compare to those plans when I click change my plan in unifi account.

So far have no problem as well for 500mbps on my deco m4 when using 5ghz, I wonder if unifi will still give ax3000 if I change my plan now, hopefully they give another model instead

Just done my swu 3.0 at tm point today, glad I made appointment online else need wait few hours.

Packages include:
- 600mins free call
- 500mbps permanent
- free 6 months bill
- free wifi 6 mesh (forgot which model she mentioned)
- add-on ruby tv pack + unifi tv box rm30

Total bill rm149 monthly

No email yet, I renew my contract to swu 3.0 this morning and staff mentioned will have free wifi 6 mesh.

When I click inside my order it show something went wrong
I will check again tomorrow and see if any changes, but I don't worry about it as I got the receipt from tm point staff.

Actually they tried to sell me 1 month data package which is rm39 in order to help me apply for swu (can be cancelled after 1 month) but since I want to add-in the tv pack so no data needed for my case. Anyway I guess it's their strategy to boost sale since so many want to apply for the swu, ofc you may argue with the staff but may end up waiting longer time for the application.

My status just updated after receive the sms, now the new package still show same name like what I'm having now so I guess it's same like yours, perhaps it will only update after the installation finish later.

From the plan name should know, if there's only one plan name with swu 3.0 then speed is the same.

Very low chance I guess or else tm point won't be flooded with ppl when I visit it.

I think both upgrade before & after need to wait next month bill as there will be plan name changes I guess, else it's weird that the plan name still remain "300mbps" word even after upgrade permanent to 500mbps.

Technician came today and according to him new SWU only comes with 1 unit wifi6 router and for me it's the D-Link AX3000, only those subscribe before Oct have chance to get 2 units, guess I need to keep my M4 in case the signal strength not enough
