So, any update on FTB (Fahmi Turbo Boost)?

119 = 500Mbps
129 = 800Mbps

just want to share abit of my recent experience with TM/Unifi. Usually TM/Unifi got many bad review/comments/rep by their user compare to other ISP.
So far i been using Streamyx > Unifi for over 10+ years now with no big issues or downtime (maybe <10 times). iirc, started with 1 Mbps > 30 Mbps > 100 Mbps > 300 Mbps.
All the speed upgrade is offered by TM with the same price or some with extra rm10 and the last 300 Mbps thanks to YB Gobind Singh 

My 300 mbps package was with some Unifi TV that no one watch RM159 + 6%. I saw Unifi offering 300 mbps(500 mbps Speed upgrade for 6 months) internet only for RM149 + 6%, plan to "upgrade" to this.
Went to a TM/Unifi Point, talk with them on what i wanted. They offer me higher speed with lower price compare to what they officially offering but im not interested.
In the end, they offer me same 300 mbps with 6 months payment waived for RM119 + 6% but with 2 years renew contract haha (its okay not other ISP at my area)
So if your contract ended can go see see ask ask maybe can get good offer.

Trying my luck to see can go SWU 3.0 with my current package - Broadband 300mbps + Entertainment RM169 with 1 year contract left.

The counter guy says sorry tak dapat.
Then i ask him if situation available what's my SWU 3.0 benefit ?

He says RM149 with current package + 6 months waiver + free upgrade 500mbps 12 months.

Guess have to wait or try another time.

look for maxis fibre agent , register ur interest and get ur transfer id.

TM will call u in the next few days time ... just wait for call....

as easy as that only...nowadays , no need to always walk in walk in ... all thru phone and online

yours still in contract when you request to port out? mine still got 1 year left and there's gonna be penalty for port out, I don't think TM will call and counter as long as they got the penalty payment.

dont assume .. just try... the whole port out process cannot be proceed without u going to TM point for thumbprint verification......

Meaning to say, i can just cancel the Maxis / CelcomDigi Fibre if TM doesnt call for retention ?

Yes, but sadly TIME coverage is very limited. Can forget about it if stay landed house.

By the way, 2 years is quite a long time. 2 years later, maybe Elon Musk's Starlink is cheaper and faster than TM, then everybody put back their satellite plate again, this time not Astro but Starlink.

And then latest news like few days ago, I heard people get permanent 500 Mbps @ RM119. (unlike me 500 Mbps for 12 months; and 300 Mbps for the rest of the contract) So you guys may try luck.
