2 Sandwiches: Wholemeal bread + 2 pieces of chicken breast + tuna in olive oil + cucumbers
1 cup of coffee

4.30pm
2 pieces of biscuits
1 cup of milo

Completed ADIDAS: KING OF THE ROAD 10KM

Not much improvement on timings..

Finished the run in 1Hour 12mins. I shall train more for up coming runs!

Long distance training shall be done as adviced. biggrin.gif

I failed.

Woke up late although i slept around 10.30pm


7.00am
1 Sandwich: Wholemeal bread + kaya
1 Cup of Oligo choc drink( is that how you spell it? LOL ? Oligo?)

8.00am
Ran 4.3KM @ 29'

But felt nice for a change to run different route biggrin.gif. I ran without my Ipod. Just my watch, armband to keep my handphone =)

Screw it. Gonna have my 2nd round of breakfast.

Wholemeal bread + otak-otak.


p/s: I'll try to run longer next time. Perhaps tomorrow evening.
