Completed ADIDAS: KING OF THE ROAD 10KM
Not much improvement on timings.. Finished the run in 1Hour 12mins. I shall train more for up coming runs! Long distance training shall be done as adviced. Thanks Eugene for da tips! |

My grandma forgot to cook the chicken breast meat i wanted. 5 pieces of biscuits (sugar coated) 1 cup of cofee 1.00pm Lunch ![]() 1 Potato, Broccoli, Red pepper, 1 hardboiled egg, chicken breast. 4.20pm TEA SAME AS LUNCH Rested for today...got home pretty late from work...about 7.20pm Dinner Rice, fish, green and yellow capsicum and potato soup 10.15pm Supper! Some mee hoon and half a curry puff from church potluck |

I failed.
Woke up late although i slept around 10.30pm 7.00am 1 Sandwich: Wholemeal bread + kaya 1 Cup of Oligo choc drink( is that how you spell it? LOL ? Oligo?) 8.00am Ran 4.3KM @ 29' But felt nice for a change to run different route #@$#@$%$#%@#$@#$!#@$@. I will to run different route for more variations. Screw it. Gonna have my 2nd round of breakfast. Wholemeal bread + otak-otak. p/s: I'll try to run longer next time. Perhaps tomorrow evening. |
