U have a gym at home?

That is so nice, I was thinking of just getting a threadmill to put at home.

Well, I am paying a lot of money to a commercial gym. Hopefully, my company will sponsor us somewhere down the track.

Dont think mine is considered a home gym. I only have a pair of dumbbells(10KG only haha) and recently bought my exercising bench.

I bought the wrong one sigh....kinda regret =.= it cant do incline....haih.....I dont wanna go to a gym coz.... I'm not willing to pay RM150 a month sweat.gif LOL. I wanted to lose fats on my own. At that time, I dont believe I need to pay money in order to lose body fats which can be done free if determined. No offense to those who joined a gym like F.First or California. Sorry if my statement offended anyone...I didnt mean to. Its just what I think about myself =D

So far so good..lost about 8 or 10KG since January.

Started working out in August. Progress has been great i guess. From a "quite-big-spare tyre" I'm able to see some definition haha.

Learned alot of stuff from everyone here. Jones...King... Syd ....hhm who else? Neek...Yeeck

Thanks everyone. It has been almost a year since I've exercise and all. I wonder how I'll be by end of December.

Good stuff, you are making good progress, keep up to good work.Hmmm I mean exercises.

I have been doing weights for a good 5-6 years since I started. Getting to know lotsa ppl from all walks of life and of cause doing what I enjoyed, lifting weights with the addition of really sweaty cardio sessions.

Yeah gym is expensive, so are the supplements but I don't take any because too broke to support that.

Check out my workout journal if you are interested.

Reply to Canopies,

HHmm not really ler, just an average guy with broader chest and shoulders.
Also I haven't been taking any supplements since 3 years or more ago.
However still managed to push forward but at a slower rate.

Reply to Metalfreak,

I don't really know why I black out my face because I saw the others do so. Seems like a trend haha.

In addition, I welcome all comments and opinion in my workout blog.

*PS That photo was taken 4 years ago, a year or 2 after I started gym.

Dear Canopies,

First of all I would like to apologize to Metalfreak for hijacking his workout journal here.

In regards to photos, I seldom take any photo for that matter even with my t-shirt on. In addition, I still feel that I am quite fat. Only wanna take photos after I lost my beer or maybe red wine gut....Used to get drunk a lot, good feeling through but too expensive to keep that habit over here.

Will definitely take one these days.

Sorry again, Metalfreak.

Cheers,
Ken

Cheap? You must be thinking..Expiry Date? NO WAY...see properly

Worried about fakes? Opened before? Tampered with?

If this was milo..I would gladly take it for Breakfast, Lunch, Tea and Pre-bed ROFL...

Kesimpulannya? You dont simply "get" muscle by drinking this. Its just a supplement...I'm loving it =D

I might not be lifting heavy but
