If you're planning to, then of course you should install it.

IINM, the Popstation installer included in 3.71 M33-3 does not come with some PRX files required for it to work because it's illegal.

no... ps2 is lot more powerful than psp...i think psp would never ever emulate ps2.. even 40gb ps3 cant emulate it.

It's not because 40GB PS3 can't emulate PS2 games, it's because Sony don't want to do it. They think that it's better to spend their time and money in creating new games for the PS3 than putting backward compatibility on 40GB PS3.

There is a final fantasy tactics game made especially for PSP called FFT: The War Of The Lions. Check that out and you do not need to use those pops loader..
