Anyway, wouldnt files from OTHER PSP work on mind IF "touch wood" it does get bricked?

popsloader.. i know its a psx emulator.. but does the ps slim need it? or does the CFW 3.71 mm-2/3 need it? there is a new version tat came wit the 3.71 mm-3 and i hv no idea if i should install it. thanks.

no... ps2 is lot more powerful than psp...i think psp would never ever emulate ps2.. even 40gb ps3 cant emulate it[.

touching the flash0 root means inserting new themes on ur psp and set it as ur theme will brick u psp intentionally ?

one very noob question......why do you guys need to upgrade the firmware....? is the current firmware not good enough...?
And I saw another version of PSP which is 2006, is this another latest version released by Sony?
why do one after bricking their psp, didn't mention to send it back for warranty..(unless it's not covered under the warranty)....and does Sony cover this?

Need help from all the sifus in here. I just bought a psp slim and it's running 3.71 m33-3 custom firmware. I wanted to run some homebrews (emulator and pdf reader). I put the files in the GAME150 folder as per the instructions but it does not work. The error message is "The game could not be started. (80020148).

In this case, anyone knows which GBA emulator and e-book reader (pdf), which is compatible with custom firmware 3.71 m33-3?

hi guys.. can someone tell me the Best CFW for Slim right now.. oh i must add something here.. i mean for newbie! will buy my first psp Slim this week and use it mostly for games, mp4 & mp3.. so can u guys suggest the best CFW for newbie without worrying i will break my psp

3.71 m33 which 1 is still the best?Why someone prefer m33-2 but not m33-3? Is there much diff?

hey, i m using custom firmware already, 3.60 M33...do i still need to downgrade? or can straight away upgrape to 3.71 m33?

I seem to have a smallish white patch in my psp slim screen that is only visible when the screen is blank - i.e. a less black patch! Is this a defect? Do i bring it back to Sony?
