Just wondering, the back of all PSP Slim are glossy?

Ahah..Mine are the Phatty version. The back is not glossy...

I am about to get a Slim version and saw some pictures online. Seems gloosy..

Was worried that it might be a fingerprint magnet...

The difference AFAIK between the Jap ver and other version is that the Jap version have a built in function which allow user to see local japan TV. Not sure about other difference though. Anyway, given some luck, you can find Jap version PSP slim here as well. Besides, price doesnt differ that much anyway...

Felicia Blue looks nice on first sight. Clean and beautiful and much more better looking than the plasticky Phat PSP blue..

But seriously, its giving me a feeling that it might not caught my eye for too long. Worried that in a few months, i dont like the color anymore...LOL...

Good price will definitely need some sacrifices. Cheapest thus far i have seen is from bernard. Around Rm600 - 700..Not sure on other places because i have search limited places..

Is there a way to save the Slim if it is really bricked?

Well, i have tried the browser on the PSP and its so far so good. Of course, its not the best around and loading time is taking quite long..But its still better than nothing.

Regarding the memory thingy, i have noticed quite a number of problem on my experience. There are some sites that requires quite a big memory and a error message will be prompt if its not enough memory. However, setting a Save Memory setting in the browser will solve the problem...

Bernard have it when i went to buy my PSP from him. His region is PSP-2006 and i guess that - Hong Kong ?

Well, its possible but kinda hard i guess. I still sees bernard have it in his shop (the boxes). So, maybe you could ask him and see.

Anyway, just curious, why would you still wanna buy the PSP Fat?I mean, with the PSP Slim being cheaper, better and newer, its hard for people to find a reason to get the Fat. Therefore, i guess most sellers out there would only stock up the Slim..

Well, i tried using WEP128 before on 3.51M33 and 3.71M33. So far, no problems at all...

The PSP Spiderman edition is really good looking to me. Now, is that full red edition called the XMAS Pack?

Do we need anything extra?aka Anthenna or some external party device?

Is it necessary to backup those files?

We can downgrade the firmware? I thought its not possible..LOL..I do mean official firmware.

Anyway, wouldnt files from OTHER PSP work on mind IF "touch wood" it does get bricked?

For sure you would not have any problem. Running on Official Firmwares and UMDs would not bring you any sort of trouble with bricking.

LOL..There is always a "slight" risk. However, given that madmoz is really running on UMD only, wouldnt it be possible to send to Sony to update the firmware? Dont tell me they will charge and need a few days to do so though...LOL...

I went to Times Square Sony Style before and notice they had the PSP Phat on sale there.. Not sure about the launching of Slim before though..LOL..

As i said before, there is already down to no point in getting the Phat version already as the Slim has more features + a better price. The only down side for the Slim, as said by dattebayo is that is quite fragile and not to mention, the less accesories now.

There is a final fantasy tactics game made especially for PSP called FFT: The War Of The Lions. Check that out and you do not need to use those pops loader..
