Went to SJCC CNY open house event today. Tower B estimated to launch in May. Price sqft will lower a bit compare to Tower A but not much difference. Some type B only have one car park. Who missed to grab unit in Tower A can try your luck this time.

Psft lower? Normally psft for subsequent launch will be higher🤔

Yalorr I also curious but this was told by the SA. But he got mention just very little different. Maybe tower B have total 19 units per floor shared with 10 units SAMM and tower A only 13 units per floor.

So I've registered my interest to get a Type A unit and the sales rep says once it's ready to launch, we'll be provided with a link where we can book the unit that we want. Anyone has any experience with this and any tips to give on what's the best way to book?

I prefer to get one at the lower floors (preferably within 5 floors from the ground floor) so I don't have to rely on the lift all the time. The sales rep said better not to take the ones too low as it's near the facilities which could be noisy I think. Any advice on which is the best floor when it comes to apartments?

Usually lower floor units have their parking on the higher floors.. something you might want to check

Take middle lo bro, too low nt good which is true.

To get d unit that u want make sure u login early n choose d moment its open- more or less guaranteed ti get yr desired unit.

For the link last time is sdp staff and prime member can choose first, then only open to early bird to select unit with the link.
Maybe 5mins before the open time you can check with your sdp sales staff he can see from the system whether your desired level and unit still got how many left🤣
Remember to have a few backup plan don't only prepare a few selection.
Tower A when open to early bird I think available unit all are high floor, lower wan all booked by sdp staff and prime member already.
Do you got ask estimated how much is the psqft price for tower B?

This is the estimated price I was given
Type A 700sq ft : from 560k (1 car park)
Type B 900sq ft: from 680k (1 or 2 car parks)
Type C 1130sq ft: from 850k (2 car parks)

Went to sales gallery last week, tower A small unit and medium unit all sold out, leftover biggest unit. Tower B will be launching soon, i guess will be selling fast too.... anyone buying? Or planning to buy this project? Compared to metropark, ss15 alora, pinnacle SJ etc
