When is the completion date for this ya? I'm planning to get my first property and seriously considering a 2 bedroom unit. I like how close this is to the LRT/BRT and also shops nearby which is convenient. Been renting rooms for myself near Sunway Pyramid for the past 20 years and I think it's about time I get my own place. Waiting for the official pricing to be out..
I'm new to this but I'm guessing I'll probably get some sorta discount for first time property buyers?

Do I have to be at the launch to book or is there other ways? Do i even have a chance now that its fully booked? I've registered on their site twice but never got any update or email about the launch. This is my first property and serious buyer for 2 bedroom unit here.

So I've registered my interest to get a Type A unit and the sales rep says once it's ready to launch, we'll be provided with a link where we can book the unit that we want. Anyone has any experience with this and any tips to give on what's the best way to book?

I prefer to get one at the lower floors (preferably within 5 floors from the ground floor) so I don't have to rely on the lift all the time. The sales rep said better not to take the ones too low as it's near the facilities which could be noisy I think. Any advice on which is the best floor when it comes to apartments?

Thanks for the tips. Yeah I'm early bird and hope that the unit I want doesn't get snapped up before I even login.
This is the estimated price I was given
Type A 700sq ft : from 560k (1 car park)
Type B 900sq ft: from 680k (1 or 2 car parks)
Type C 1130sq ft: from 850k (2 car parks)

How long did you have to wait to know that you got it? I just submitted an application for a Serasi SAMM unit today.
I've booked a Type-A unit at Hype but am seriously considering ditching it and going for the Serasi SAMM unit instead since it's a lot more affordable for me.

I was planning to get Type A a few months ago but couldn't afford it so I considered getting one at Serasi (same developer) but now Hype just launched a Type D/studio unit on their site and I just might get one.

Whoa I didn't know Type D is SAMM unit. The sales rep recently called me and said there's this studio unit (which is Type D) that's available and if I'm interested. I thought it's a new type of unit that they just introduced because they say they're launching it this Sat. I don't remember seeing a Type D a few months ago otherwise I would have gone for it. I asked about SAMM units back then and I was told that sudah lama habis.
So I just saw this and realized I'm being offered one of the 10 units.

I'm unsure what's the difference between those 10 units and the others but I do know that all these 10 units are at the highest floor. These 10 units also has a partial and fully furnished units.
I would go for the SAMM unit but I'd also like to know what's the difference between these 10 units (400k) and the others (250k I guess) and I'd like to go for the full furnished unit for my own stay since I can't be bothered with all the furnishing and stuff. It's my first time getting a house so any advice?

Damnn I wanted one but was too slow so I told the sales rep to let me know if anyone releases theirs.

I guess I was too late.. I dont mind the BRT and Damen view so let me know if you plan to let the unit go haha

I booked it but at the end didn't buy it because the monthly payment was a bit too high for me. I then considered a unit at Serasi and was close to getting one before I was told there's a studio unit at Hype so I decided to try my luck if I can get one. Looks like now I have to wait probably up to a month to see if anyone lets it go like I did.

Lucky me, someone cancelled their Type D so I immediately took it. It's the one facing the facilities though and I wanted to one facing Damen but hey still not too bad I guess.

It's around RM450k
