Tower B need to share with SAMM units - every floor got 10 SAMM units. Less exclusive I guess. ☹️

Tower B need to share with SAMM unit. Tower B total unit per floor is 6 units more compare to Tower A, but lift qty still maintain 4 lift.
Also notice that some type B unit only with one car park but tower A all type B with 2 carpark (tandem/side by side).
Maybe due to this reason they sell slightly lower but the agent mention just very little only.

This SAMM unit with or without carpark ?

Speaking to the SD it comes with 1 carpark. Floor plan doesn't seem to indicate a hackable wall like Serasi though. Definitely a 1+1 configuration only.

Can I know how long you waited for the SAMM unit approval after you submitted your application?

My friend also just applied the Hype SAMM unit last week but the SDP staff told her chances are very slim to get cos many ppl in waiting list.
