Nice place for investment.
Great for both ownstay and investment. Great TOD in SJ but the return is highly determined by the selling price SDP gonna set. Rather exciting one. |

Then it will located really near to the station. I guess SDP will make a direct connection to it…something like Surian MRt to Tropicana garden. If that’s the case, can attract some sunway students to rent here. |
