Congrats, you're lucky! May be you applied for another SAMM before, and your name is already in the system. That's why you have been prioritized.

My friend applied 2 months ago and is still on the waiting list. She contacted LPHS and were told that the waiting list is long and if don't receive an offer within 2 years, you can reapply laugh.gif

Both got pros n cons- 1 thing i dislike abt hype, its near petrol stn , high risk n pollution n very heavy traffic in kewajipan. But its very near lrt stn compared to serasi, so good no need to walk far after tiring work in office.

I actually prefer the SAMM layout in Serasi than Hype (I went to the show unit at putra heights) and Serasi's small room has wall & door, unlike Hype which is open concept.

Do consider beyond affordability.

Locality, demagrafic, existing surrounding commercial value (maturity), potential secondary market take up etc

The live, work & play enviroment is obviously not the same by decades
