Nope, just travel there a lot for work but not based there.

I am doing much better here and I genuinely don't really enjoy SG.

1.00 Singapore Dollar = 1.13 Australian Dollars, so migrating to Australia is a good choice as well.
Enjoy your life in Australia with nicer weather, better transport, food, people, spaces, islands, mountain, air and beaches...
I think Singapore's population is increasing too fast, and the government needs to do more land reclamation by the sea. More and more space is needed.

Now the MRT is very crowded even non-peak hours and Woodlands customs are also packed.
Even on Sundays morning 10am, when I want to go back to JB, there are so many people queuing for buses 160/170/950 at Woodlands Custom.

i usually go to berth 12 to take 911, then walk from train checkpoint to woodland check point.

911 is much faster as it is within sg only, it has double deck with interval of 2-6mins during peak hr but u have to do abit of walking la.

atleast is better than 950 with 12 mins interval and have to wait for 2-3 bus before your turn.

Oh true .. woodlands is the only bus interchange that is so dam confusing. There was once I took to the wrong direction when I was heading to my aunts house. From then I decided to just walk from there.

Many people complain the 911 bus...

Should change 1 of the 911 bus to other name like 918 or etc

When you go to the ICA for formalities, the staff will give you a re-entry permit and a receipt. You just need to bring your work pass card along with these two items to post office.

Be careful of the insurance brand, like HSBC, at the post office. The post office staff will ask you to visit the insurance office after you receive your IC card to "discuss" your CPF.

The post office has some cooperation with insurance companies, providing them with a small corner office or cubicles.

They are actually trying to sell you an endowment plan insurance or an Investment-Linked Policy (ILP) insurance.

I also keep my old work pass card as a souvenir.

Now my wallet has both my blue PR IC and work pass card.
