QUOTE(hksgmy @ Mar 5 2024, 06:20 AM) To be honest, Singapore is experiencing a slow down in hiring across almost every job front, so maybe it's good for now that your sister is keen to try working in Malaysia first. Hopefully when things improve, she'll be ready to come down and join you. Only nurse demand is high. I notice recently 2 minister said nurse will get PR than other sector... Now sg economic worse than 2023?

One thing is that Singapore is unrelenting in its pursuit for new engines of growth and not afraid to cut out non-performing sectors or companies.

Even JTC rental nowadays are based on 'revenue'. If you're in a sector that don't expect to generate high revenue, likelihood of lease renewal is low. So nowadays, it's not about if you can afford to pay lease. It's about how your business will make Sg look in the books. This post has been edited by gnc88: Mar 5 2024, 09:20 AM

However, was tasked to provide their forecasted revenue for lease renewal consideration. As such, vendor considers moving ops to MY.

Apologies in advance if I mistook you for someone else!

QUOTE(Mr.Robert @ Mar 9 2024, 12:24 PM) Bila u mau potong? I’m not sure. Simply because I’m proud to be a Malaysian kampung kia that made it and made it much better than any so called born Singaporeans. But, at the end of the day, logic and pragmatism will dictate my decision. I will retire and with that, I may not be the kind of resident that interests Singapore anymore. But since a significant portion of my net worth is in Singapore, it makes sense to secure that with a conversion. We will see.

Anyone got approved recently? Would like to know if the cabutan sijil lahir by JPN is sufficient for PR application without additional translation. Thanks in advance.
