Anyone had experience regarding failed transaction to rize? Tried to transfer fund in rize from cimb and alliance to rize but all failed

now i tried to transfer out from rize to alliance via duitnow id, transaction went through, but no money deduct in rize, no transaction history, no money received in alliance also.
This bank is too fishy

same, in failed, out said successful but no money in receiving bank

Duitnow qr money deducted already, but money not in the receiving end, so much trouble la this bank

Still haven't got back mine as well, but those they wrongly credited into my account already deducted since 2 days ago

Quit rize for this month 1st and see what they proposed Jan 24

I deposited 20k to rize during 1st dec 6am, the transaction failed at my own bank, money refunded to my bank account, but rize still credited the transaction and that 20k appear in my rize account. I am able to use and transfer that wrongly credited money actually.

Subsequently on 2nd dec, rize deducted that 20k (1st thing they do before refund all our missing money, haha).

So those on negative balance need to really check whether they actually transfer out those money rize wrongly credited despite the origin bank transaction failed

Totally agreed, not like we can spend the money also, in the end they will trace back and ask you to refund

Quite easy to do so, but got 12H cooling period that you can't do any transaction, so please plan properly.

Start making problem again, duitnow transfer to PBB, said successful, but never process
