its not few cents off, its not few ringgit off either. We're talking about in the range of 10~30 ringgit missing.

that's like easily half months of interest not being calculated/credited.

I already had a feeling there's something seriously wrong with Rize when my July interest im supposed to get RM8+ but instead gotten RM18+, and nobody could explain to me why is that so when i contacted their CS.   

I cannot even access any of the statements. Done email them and get the same old reply of will escalate the issue. The multitude of problem regarding Rize is worrisome

it is hard to calculate the interest if u do that as it will pay out in both saving pot and normal pot
so track till crazy
if u the type of not tracking then ok
for me i do some tracking and counting to ensure they dont short change me

Hei guys. u ppl should check out on RHB Multi Currency Account on USD FD placement. minimun placement 2000usd. they do offer in weekly, monthly and annually. so far i get 5.55pa for 3 months tenure and 5.21 1 week tenure.

basically for less than 1 ringgit that is supposedly missing, i cant be assed to chase after rize for it. Since i already know how incompetent they are regarding this stuff. Plus then dont know how long it will even take to resolve it. Worst if they say will be credited with next month's interest then will be another headache to calculate, etc etc.

So i rather keep my monthly communication with them to be regarding the whole amount of late/missing interests only

correct, make sure you split
first RM5000 * 0.05/365
and the balance * 0.04/365

not daily compounded, monthly compounded thus easier to calculate.

ok now how fast if we need money big amount

i tested 2 accounts today

8+am tried duitnow RM50k to MBB saving account,
it says duitnow cant be sent,  to contact  customer care,

i dont need the money so i ignored it
but within 5 mins CS called me, she asked is it me and said can proceed
do again ,success, money in instantly. ok pass

1+pm tried another account, same error message appeared
again waited for CS call, but this time  no call even after 30min,
i hantam an email to Rize said i needed money urgently
then received call around 2pm, Duitnow done, money instantly into MBB SA.

acceptable i think,
hopefully next duitnow to same receiving bank account would not need call approval again.
KDI is best in this no need call approval. but  no instant money .must wait till nite.

then i experimented with my various bank accounts,
found Rize would not accept Alliance bank account with 15 digits.

only Alliance accounts not accepted,
it says error code 52, invalid account
i tested deposit money to Rize from that "invalid" account masuk pulak!
