Actually I quite skeptical on Rize.

- Not so much advertisement/news covering for Rize.
- The bank is not prominent in Malaysia.
- 5% interest sounds abit too good to be true.
- Attractive rewards/prize that not offered by any other banks.
- Now there is late payment of interest
- CEO Malaysia step down

Can anyone confirm pidm cover for this Rize saving account?

I transferred 2k from another bank to rize but was not successful. Money not deducted from original bank, but check rize this morning this amount reflected in apps.

There are excess fund in my account due to transaction error. Just tried this morning. This fund is transferable to other bank. Wonder what will they do if I just transfer out these money.

Yea. You are right. I still keep that amount in the account and withdrawn the rest. Doesn't worth the risk to keep for now.

Now my account becomes negative. Seems like the problem still not rectified yet. Have to send email to them.

I deposited 5 times 1st December midnight. 2 successful, 3 fails. Now I withdraw all my balance. And after correction, they consider all these 5 deposits as failed transaction.

I deposited at 01/12 midnight, before there was a login issue in the morning. Already send email. See what they will respond. Luckily I have withdraw all my balance. Or else my cash will be trapped by them.

My account still shows negative balance. Emailed but no response. There seems to be no more response in Facebook also. Anyhow I already withdrawed the balance that's belong to me. Really no idea what's this bank is doing.
