Called them at 10.30am but machine keeps saying no support agents available to take my call, then auto hang-up. I’m so done with this app. Will withdraw everything once I can get my money out. Not worth the 4-5% interest. ASoulNamedLeo liked this post

My RM4999 is still missing in the duitnow cloud. Mistake of making huge transfer in one go.

But no money received yet on my receiving bank account. |

Just got my refund today. I had two transactions missing. First one already refunded. Now waiting for second one although just small amount

Anyone managed to close their account and get the RM10 back? How long they take to respond to you and refund the RM10?
