after initialise the app, immediately log in using thumbprint. interest is updated but the pop up message is still there

can't even ensure stability of own apps.
how we expect them to guard safety of our $$ inside the apps

Now we know that a system reliant on apps only, without a backup, can be very risky.

If there was at least a web back-up, even if only for checking account information, it would give depositors greater assurance of their money.

Are digital banks not allowed a website, which is also digital platform isn't it?

nope. the only success transaction is the one i made on 00:12 hours 01 Dec 2023. all the transactions from 08:00+ hours onwards yet to reflect.

they block the usage of the apps probably due to mass withdrawal on 1st day of the final month of the 5% campaign. finger cross it will resolve soon

Checked this morning slightly after 8am, no interest given. When recheck now, integrity error blocks access to account.

Withdrew second time early this morning after the first didn't show up in my other bank account. First time money not deducted, second time deducted but didnt show up. Called 1800 and 016 both also agent not available but most Dulan is they immediately hangup on you. Now say my device rooted. TNS, gonna withdraw all after this, how to trust our money with them. They'll go bust la if this continues
