Hi everyone. I am facing issue with this

Send multiple emails to Rize for a week and Rize replied with automated messages. Call CS and the operator said it was IT issue and it has been almost a MONTH for minority people.

anyone facing this issue? how to fix this? Whenever I click log in the message keep popping and I have no other option but press cancel

made the transaction to own bank around 830 and failed. account deducted on 9:09am. now wait for the completion of transaction to the bank

it will first deduct money from your rize (after 30minutes or so) then wait for another few more hours to reflect on your bank. steady

after initialise the app, immediately log in using thumbprint. interest is updated but the pop up message is still there

nope. the only success transaction is the one i made on 00:12 hours 01 Dec 2023. all the transactions from 08:00+ hours onwards yet to reflect.

they block the usage of the apps probably due to mass withdrawal on 1st day of the final month of the 5% campaign. finger cross it will resolve soon

daily limit can be set right? per transaction was set at 20k

then log in to set at 50k

still having the same issue

was wiring at <5k per transaction
