Rize send SMS because customer base is smaller, can afford to pay for SMS

Most of the banks have bigger customer base, not economical using SMS, they send email or incorporate into e-statement

Only gets e-statement from them... didn't see any notice saying avoid download unauthorized apps or access unknown website... share sensitive information etc.
