I did calculate the interest in saving pot + normal, so far it is matching with what I've calculated

Agency fee is one time off? Like if we convert 10K USD then jz pay the additional 0.01% but we can get this 4.75%

Opened my Rize account on 18-Sep-2023. Got my interest on paid on 30-Sep-2023 (11:59:59) plus got bonus RM20.00 under the Rize Do Less Get More Campaign. Until the end of this year, I think this is the best place to park one's RM5k IMHO. Change my mind.

I'm unable to duitnow out my money since last week . Emailed them few times and initially they said will taking up to 3 working days to resolve the issue but until now I still cannot duitnow out my money. It's so frustrating 😫

Read that have to apply for debit card. That means it will charge Rm8 or $12 every year?

If like that, no point opening Rize as although the interest is higher now for a while but with all the troubles I read with the app and also some people not receiving their interest, there are better alternatives like KDI-Save and Versa.

We need to chg back to MYR. I dont see any option to wire out the USD. The options available there are BUY , SELL AND PLACEMENT. The conversion rate quite good actually. There no fee also for the conversion.

You are very lucky you got 5.55% for 3 months. I put around same date as you but only got 5.45%

The conversion rates for account with debit card is better than without debit card
