Oh that actually makes me feels good.

When I ported to TM earlier this year just to save rm10 monthly it was full of regret.

Yes, with mcmc ticket as well. but since its only affected my work related zscaler, so they mcm, cannot do anything any closed my ticket. only mcmc ticket still open. Already provide proof like from other isp no issue, using vpn no issue, still mcm x layan laugh.gif

last i just use vpn on top of zscaler, and much better ( although it add another hop)

other things is the speedtest to celcom ( since I use celcomfiber, last @pppoe) only celcom petaling manage to get 300mb down 50 up speed, other celcom server like snail. sometimes 100,sometimes 200

Btw i riding on Allo network

Whether your CelcomDigi Fibre is using TM infra or Allo infra shouldn't matter because it all comes down to CelcomDigi international routing.

I'm using Allo Fibre and have no issue using Zscaler on my work laptop(Only change I made to my network is to only allow Zscaler connection to their Singapore node)

Just curious which node did your Zscaler connect to without using VPN? Singapore node?

Singapore node SIN4 server. Yes its celcom network itself is bad at routing. I did pinjam my neighbour wifi for testing for allo and its work flawlessly.
To summary for zscaler ;
CD telco using celcom : bad
CD telco using digi : good
hotlink telco : good
Allo : good
Maxis fiber : good
TM: good

I previously ask them to check if they have issue with zscaler IP network ( i give them IP range). within 2 week its fine. But few week ago, I connected to SIN4 node (previous is SIN1 if I can recall) then back to issue again. Asked again to check , now they rejected whistling.gif

I see. Oh well, if telco refuse to help then there is nothing much you can do.

I assume your traceroute going to Zscaler is ok. The issue probably lies with routing from Zscaler SIN4 node to Celcom network where Celcom is responsible for that routing.

The trickiest part is determining which upstream are they using for routing from Zscaler SIN4 node to Celcom network biggrin.gif

ermm. IMO, better stick to another ISP. unless your postpaid is already high end tier then you can take CD fiber with CD one plan, which better value. If fiber only, stick with other ISP.
Why? because when there is issue, your contact method is only whatsapp and call which no dedicated support for fiber( you ticket will lodge by normal CSD, and takes time to re route to network team.
CD fiber under Digi is fine, BUT CD fiber under celcom is meh. It will follow ypur master postpaid number
