To all master here, here to check with you all.
I currently is a TIME user, and I am thinking of shifting to the CelcomDigi Fiber plan. I don't like TIME because they have very limited technicians to cover my area (Pandan Cheras) and at weekends normally unable to set the appointment schedule to check the issue. Right now they offer me 500mbps for RM119 exclusive SST. it look a bit attractive but i wish to try another telco.
To all master, for those currently using CelcomDigi Fiber, any big issue? how is the connection? stanble?

if u want fast support, definitely tm.
if you felt time support is slow, celcomdigi is 4x slower customer support.

celcomdigi give user private ip, connection wise shouldn't be too much different, gaming should be almost the same as tm unifi's, and somehow telegram transfer seems lots faster than unifi tho lol

If the area has Time definitely Celcomdigi using Time infra.

if like this, i better just stay at TIME

They rent from TM, Time, Allo and Sacofa. So which ever infra is in use at your area, they will be using the same. Better stay with Time and enjoy the cheaper pricing and symmetrical speed.

my usage is mostly watching drama and some YouTube videos only.
so I do not need high speed such as 300mbps or 500mbps.
recently TIME connection speed has very terrible, maybe my condo recently lot of people subscribed to TIME.

It could be Wifi congestion as well. Have you test whether the same slowness happen when using cable?

no use cable speed test, normally by wifi connection test speed will reach the max. speed or speed slow.
but recently TIME disappointed me. sometime the drama cannot run well.

That's one disadvantage of private IP. When you encounter a lot of sites with recaptcha justrestart your router to get a new shared IP.

Celcom digi no free upgrade, only price adjustment.
People who wanted lower price may be happy while those who hope for free upgrade may be disappointed.

I got the same message. But why is it 31 March 2023 though?

And then there is people who did not get both:
Old Celcom 300mbs customers that ended getting only rm1 price cut💀, and even that is still not reflected in their current bills.

And old Digi fibre don't have price cut or speed upgrade.
