jz nw i reali cant tahan d speed liao.damn slow although gt hsdpa signal.i terus e-mail them.and say that if nothing improvement i wil terminate it.tada,they terus cal me and follow my problem,hope they can do sumthing lo.if not wil keep kacau them lo.wat can do,consumer ma.

no la,if u do not satisfy with their services u can just report it to SKMM,and complain about their services to them,possibility for u to get terminate without any penalty by maxis is high

currently I'm using Streamyx(4 people sharing 1mbps) and...I can't download things...because when I download..everyone can't use their internet..

so, I'm planning to use maxis instead(no sharing with them)..

do you think I should do that? or any ideas?

i keep counter this problem today at ZTE page.

keep getting gprs coverage 2day,i assume they r working on my problem.if nt wil continue my kacau project.MADSICKS=crap.

the same situation as mine before,fyi,maxis BB is good in direct dl,but quite bad in torrent,and if u think u want a better surfing and not sharing bandwith with ur frenz and also mobility for u to use anywhere u want,maxis BB is the solution...but,plzz check ur signal at ur place before,before bonding with maxis for 18 month

My dsl connection allows me to leave my pc on with downloads continuing for days without reboot.Can Maxis BB do that?It's only a USB powered modem which stability can be quite an issue.You have also not taken account for the response time issue.

Competitor Celcom has launch their bundle package with Streamyx + Celcom BB for only RM108.

You're sharing a 1mbps connection with 4 users at the same time?That's the big issue.
But you surely can't complain because RM77/4 = each only paying about RM19?
Your monthly bills is sure to rise tremendously if you opt for Maxis BB and you won't be that satisfied either because don't expect a 3mbps connection out of the 5 folds more that you're going to pay for.Also you're going to get tied with a dog chain for the next 18 months.

May I know how to check signal in my place? currently I'm staying at Jalan Terasek 4 Bangsar...
