Dun simply call to downgrade if you want to complain. Later they sure say 256kbps is still acceptable speed for 384kbps package, you then speechless.
I salute you my friend.

Maxshit Please Go Back Tanam Jagung.

Thats what i want, 384kbps because its around 256kbps. I'm using the 3.6Mb package currently and the capping is 256kbps (around 90%, not fair). If i'm using 384kbps, i'm also capped at 256kbps (around 30%)

Try download some software using download manager, site like microsoft can provide huge download speed. If your download speed is around 30, then yours is capped.

From your browser, type 192.168.0.1
Under network Information, locate this information
RSSI, RSCP, Ec/lo

Reposition your modem until you get this reading.
RSSI : don't bother. It's for gsm
RSCP : -87dbm or better eg -86dbm to 0dbm
Ec/lo : -6db or higher. eg -5db to 0db

Sorry for no explanation.

Yes . it's for better connection speed. When I first get the package. I got around 800kbps. But for the 1st hour. Then it go down steadily at 30 to 50kbps.

I google around and found this tips about RSCP and Ec/Lo.
My connection now is between 400 to 500kbps.

U know what. With this maxshitbb, I am always signed out of YM after few seconds signing in! doh.gif

And I can't repair my connection. It says error as my IP address cannot be renewed. Anyone had this problem? rclxub.gif

Anyway, I managed to sign in back into YM after soooo many struggles using what I found in the internet - Ultrasurf. Makes me use YM smoothly. Finally... whistling.gif

Do you know, during PC Fair last year, Maxshit gave away free umbrella for their new victims. Hehe, I think Maxshit suggest their victims to put their modem outdoor for good reception. Because everytime when you give them a call, they sure ask you to put your modem near window. So, if your modem already near window, you'll know where to put next. Wuahahaha. rclxms.gif
