Today will be my futsal day.

Just want to ask you guys, when u guys do bench press, do you guys do heavy or focus on the reps (more reps)?

Well, my chest does not look nice, as in its like more like "boobs" and not really flat/shield type. I want to make it flat and broad.
So, how do i do it? I welcome positive comments.

I took a measurement today. The frequency of my work out is reduced to like 4 days. But i can still can see some results.

Measurement type: First Reading before workout | Previous reading | Current reading
Weight: 86.1 | 81.1 | 78.5 (Lost 7.6kgs)
Fat %: 54.++% | 44% | 42.5%

I am happy with the measurement, though the Fat% seems dropping rather slowly.

100kcal another cardio machine (dunno the name though)

Hey dude , very nice progress biggrin.gif . Lost so much fat already ~ Definately a good things , take things slow man .
Btw , where do you measure the body fat % ? can guide me or help me ? haha..

I measure at my fitness center. I got to know, you also can use fat calipers. I never used them before though.

oh and dude...for the chest....try sticking with the bench press...its the most basic chest exercise...when you become more pro baru start other types of exercise... brows.gif

8km run at klang. !st time for me after years, doing long distance running. my training for the past months helped me to complete the run without much problem.
