The calculation is a bit off
Your previous fat mass : 46.5kg Your current fat mass : 39.4kg That's 7.1kg. What tool do you use to measure ur bf? |

Triceps 356kcal of running. The treadmill stopped automatically after 30 min. Thought of doing 370. Anyway, today was a rush. Tomoro is futsal day. |
