I took a measurement today. The frequency of my work out is reduced to like 4 days. But i can still can see some results.
Measurement type: First Reading before workout | Previous reading | Current reading
Weight: 86.1 | 81.1 | 78.5 (Lost 7.6kgs)
Fat %: 54.++% | 44% | 42.5%
I am happy with the measurement, though the Fat% seems dropping rather slowly.

400kcal of running, ~4.7km
100kcal another cardio machine (dunno the name though)
