my personal experience......when i first visited the sale office and asked about samm unit......the sale person will let you know what are the requirements, then we just furnished them with the required info and documentation so they can submit for us (this is few weeks before the launching/balloting day) i will follow up with them on and off, then they update us if we are qualify or not.....if qualify then during the balloting day just present yourself and follow the instruction on how to ballot the unit.......i might be wrong or this may not be the standard procedure, this is base on my experience for serasi's samm unit.......cheers

I also bollotted during Sat Open Day after I brought all the docs highlighted by the Developer sales agents. LPHS rep there checked all my docs then registered all my details at Sgorku website and issued me an orange slip of pre approval so can use that slip to show developer for balloting.

I got SAMM unit facing east slightly above 20th floor. Paid 1K deposit.
The LPHS officer said they will approve it within 3 days in their Sgorku portal but till today still under status "Senarai Menunggu"... Haha

howdy neighbor......didn't deal with selangorku.......sorry, can't remember but quite a lot (like payslip, appointment letter, epf, incometax, citos etc) as the salesperson from serasi will update on and off for documents......i just furnished them......

my luck lor......people buy high-rise stay high high but i buy high-rise stay like like landed level.........lol

can.....as long never get samm/selangorku home before......according to the sale person, only entitled 1 unit each person/husband+wife......if i remember correctly
