I got level 33 facing swimming pool sideas well but got unit no 1 dunno is good or not but proceed as well😅

Hi just a buyer here want to ask does most top floor will get plaster ceiling from developer or contractor due to most of the services below the roof? Hopefully the waterproofing done just good at the roof or else future issues from leaking might arise.
