Putra Heights got mature commercial activities with great parks and 1 interchanged LRT station, where you confirmed get a seat regardless with LRT line you travel with.

With great access to LDP and Elite highways and near to Subang Jaya township (another super matured area with super matured commercial centres).

So yea, I would personally prefers PH over Elmina any time
