Oh, I see. This means you registered and got the Tawaran before the open day. I was a bit surprised to hear about your unit level because it seems most of the people who shared here got a higher level. Whatever it is, still a good thing that all is done and approved.

Went to sign the loan agreement last weekend at the Sales Gallery. I saw the unit taken is about about 60 - 70% for SAMM Block 2 and all the open units. I think SAMM block 2 is about 50% taken?

Block 3 open market units are already opened for sales but not Block 3 SAMM units.

That's what I thought as well in the beginning. I wanted Block 3 facing North as I didn't want to face the podium. But then I can't choose which block I want for the SAMM unit.

Luckily got the unit facing East instead of West (which is facing the podium). From my experience with my current rental unit, facing East is still better than West because the number of hours of the sun shining on the East unit is still shorter compared to the West unit. By 12 pm, you will not get the direct sun anymore.

Yes, that account is correct. When I asked my SA about the downpayment earlier, she said to be paid after signing SPA and loan agreement.

Only eligible if developer gave 10% discount is such a weird thing. But, SAMM buyer can get stamp duty exemption under imiliki if is first time property owner.

I was recently asked by the lawyer to sign statutory declaration documents for imiliki. Hopefully it's not a mistaken from the lawyer.
