CN ROM.. which is 100x better than the Global ROM.

Why?

1. I can officially enable Google Play Services via Settings app. It's NOT a hack or workaround unlike other brands.
2. Once enabled, just install Google Play and install all apps directly from Google Play Store. NO issue with banking apps or Google apps.
3. Better UI than Global ROM. It has more features than the Global ROM. (Ex. Option to change notification tray like iOS)
4. Built-in Moto Device Shield app.
What is Device Shield app? You can
- clone app
- lock app with password
- easily enable/disable apps running in background
- etc
5. MONTHLY software updates. Yes, Motorola CN ROM is the highest priority vs Global ROM. You can easily check it from the official Motorola weibo account for software update status.

Why you should NEVER convert to Global ROM if your phone has stock CN ROM?

One simple answer - you can NEVER UNROOT and NEVER update your software over the air. It will cause error and will not push through and potentially brick your phone.

Also, once you unlocked the bootloader of ANY Moto phone, there will a warning message every time you restart your phone. It will ALWAYS appear before the "hello moto" splash screen.

Of course don't buy a Moto China phone if you use any system language other than English or Chinese because these are the only 2 available languages on the phone.

See if there is certain app messaging app notification delay like telegram and FB messenger. Sometime Gmail. For me I use line messanger. 95% delay 🤣

How sure am I? 100% sure. Motorola built their own app to manage background processing. This is a known issue on ALL China ROMs especially with Huawei, Xiaomi etc.. this is not an issue with Moto Global ROMs because the full GMS framework is available

Choose which apps you want to RUN IN THE BACKGROUND.



Step 3:
Go back and click "App Auto Start".
Choose which apps you want to auto start after restarting your phone.

Well good to hear that. Currently having 1 Moto RAZR 2022 with me , seems to have a few notification delay even with all setting done. Planning to sell off to a friend haha

I also have Razr 2022, configured in Device Shield and never had issues since Maybe you just need to configure properly but yeah, if this is your first CN ROM and you didn't like it because of additional setup then yeah, maybe it's not for you 😁

not complicated. just install it, it will enable contact sync under google account. apkmirror one of safe site for years. still weird why google didn't put this at their play store

Why fastech sell x30 pro but allow people to pay rm 20 extra to flash global rom? I thought there is a lot of disadvantages to flash global rom for china set?

1. Because CN ROM only has 2 languages - English and Chinese
2. Because other people think CN ROM cannot use Google so they decide to flash Global ROM
3. Because Fast Tech may not be aware that flashing to Global ROM will have issues with software update and can never go back to stock/original state. Bootloader will be unlocked forever and will have a warning message everytime you restart your phone.. this is forever. No turning back once you convert.
