Just installed Gmatic Pro since I specifically requested for the left and right swing gate to open up separately. One thing I did not liked about this is its 'siren' - not really a siren but more of a static whistle sound.

A vendor told me it could be done but still need to pay for 2 arms cos arms come in a pair.

This brand model are mostly OEM from Dnor factory located in Puchong. Reliability wise shld be the same as long install properly by experience installer.

Most customer will for model with key release more convenient when hv problem can just use key to free gear or motor to manual push pull gate open close.

Any idea what causes the autogate to opens the left side first before the right side opens, even though press the remote control to open both sides?

It's usually a setting inside the control box.

It happens usually if there was a power trip and it runs solely on battery. Maybe the AC connection to the controller is kaput. So, it runs on battery. But is the movement slower than usual with this 1 by 1 side closing/opening?

Yes, under normal condition if main power is off, it will behave this way.
Now it behave this regardless what.

Door will take turn to close or open instead function together.

I guess something is broken.

Yes, it will do it one by one as battery power is less powerful. This is how the firmware is written.

Hi.

Im currently considering Alugate and igate. Would like to see if anyone has any experience dealing with them as well as their product quality

Originally wanted to go with Vantage aka LH Stainless steel but their SA was horrible so decided to go looking again.
